This page is the web path for account deletion, including if you have already removed the app. The same deletion is available in the Chapters Android app: open the menu, choose Settings, then Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your profile: email, name, gender, and profile photo.
- Chapters you host, including snaps, voice notes, captions, and comments other guests added in those chapters.
- Snaps, voice notes, captions, comments, and loves you added to someone else's chapter.
- Reports you filed and blocks you created.
What stays
Snaps other people added to chapters you do not host stay in those chapters. Your comments on those snaps are removed.
Deletion is permanent. One-time codes expire after five minutes.
